Proposed on 65 acres is a high-performance mixed-use athletic training campus that would include state-of-the-art swimming, cycling, running, field, and sports science facilities supplemented by a hotel, conference rooms, residential units, and sports-related retail. UIG is serving as the Development Manager for every aspect of this innovative project. Responsibilities include government affairs, entitlements, consultant selection and management, market analysis, and public relations.
